In charge of planning and posting all content to all CSGD's social media accounts. CSGD's social media presence grew when I took over the social media platforms, which resulted in increased attendance at our events.
Responsible for writing, editing and submitting the weekly newsletter, as well as occasional press releases.
Required to work at events that served a large and diverse audience where I was expected to maintain professional conduct when speaking to students and/or professionals.
I helped organize and lead discussions CSGD hosted with professionals from various industries, but with a focus on sports and communication, such as Schuyler Bailar, Jim Buzinski and Kevin Naff.

July 2023

One of nine Penn State students selected to cover the FIFA Women's World Cup in New Zealand.
For the group phase of the tournament, I shot all the games in Auckland. I gained experience with photographing, transmitting and editing in a fast paced environment such as the Word Cup.
My work was published in various news outlets across the world, appearing in publications such as The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Guardian, Estadão, L.A. Times, etc.
I was the only student whose photos made the CNN "Best of Women's World Cup" gallery.

Responsible for assisting with various Penn State Athletics events to help ensure everything ran smoothly during game day activities involving athletes, fans and professionals, all while professionally representing the Penn State Athletics brand.
Lead intern for Swim & Dive during the 2022–23 season.

In charge of overseeing a team of five editors and 50+ writers to ensure all the articles published on our page followed AP rules and the Her Campus style. In addition, I was responsible for keeping track of weekly requirements by the writers and editing team, also keeping track of deadlines and reporter assignments.
Required to edit multiple articles every week for Her Campus at Penn State before they got published on our website, as well as making sure all the articles got edited and reviewed on a timely manner.

I wrote 2+ monthly articles for the Her Campus at Penn State page about diverse topics such as news, entertainment, women empowerment, etc.

Responsible for developing marketing strategies for all of the conference's social media accounts, always looking to enhance our reach and following resulting in more ticket sales for the conference. Over 30% of the tickets sales for the 2022 conference came from our social media pages.
Curated our social media accounts in a way that reflects the conference's brand and maintain a professional and yet approachable voice to the organization.
Responsible for all conference-day social media content, which consisted of fast-pace work and multiple posts in a short period.
